Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be an expert level skier with strong mountain operations knowledge.
• Minimum 2+ years in mountain operations and 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Leads hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of department staff.
• Collaborates on snowmaking progression and other project management tasks.
• Provides coordination and operational support to stakeholders.
• Manages safety and guest-service expectations across department operations.
• Ensures terrain parks teams adhere to all safety protocols.
