Vail Resorts in Crested Butte, CO is hiring for the Terrain Park Assistant Manager role for winter seasonal 2026/2027. You’ll work with the Sr. Manager of Mountain Operations to develop terrain park strategy and manage day-to-day operations, partnering with stakeholders to meet goals.

Starting wage is $25.00/hour to $35.20/hour, with full-time hours during the winter season. Housing is not provided. Emphasis on safety, development, and employee benefits including passes and discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of mountain operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Assists in hiring, training. Schedules and manages the performance of department staff to meet the goals of this department.
• Lead and collaborate in snowmaking progression tactics and other project management.
• Provide coordination and operational support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage safety and guest service expectations with all operations in the department, including but not limited to; snowmobile use, grooming policies, and use of tools and equipment.
• Responsible for the adherence of the terrain parks teams to all safety protocols of the resort and department
• Other duties as assigned.
