Vail Resorts' Crested Butte Mountain Resort is seeking a Terrain Park Assistant Manager for winter 2026/2027. You will develop and execute terrain park operations, work with the Sr.

Manager of Mountain Operations on strategy, and oversee day-to-day department activities to ensure safe, world-class features for guests. Qualifications

• 2+ years of mountain operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Self-starter, ambitious and multi-tasker.

Responsibilities

• Assists in hiring, training. Schedules and manages the performance of department staff to meet the goals of this department.
• Lead and collaborate in snowmaking progression tactics and other project management.
• Provide coordination and operational support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage safety and guest service expectations with all operations in the department.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols of the resort and department.
• Other duties as assigned.
