Terrain is seeking a Design Supervisor at our Devon location to lead a team of Artisans, delivering expert design advice and outstanding customer service. You will oversee workshops, promote Terrain’s design programs, and ensure engaging in-store experiences.

You will mentor staff, manage product displays, and collaborate with operations to maintain high standards of service and presentation. This role requires flexibility across evenings and weekends to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in horticultural and floral design.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, wire usage, and glue guns.
• Art and design background.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the store’s needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Artisans to exceed customer expectations by building genuine relationships and promptly addressing inquiries.
• Drives staff knowledge on new arrivals and trends to inspire customers and guide choices.
