The role emphasizes leadership, client interaction, and collaboration across store and design teams, with responsibilities spanning on-site and off-site projects in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture and floral design.
• Art and design background.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Flexible hours to meet retail design needs.

Responsibilities
