Terrain in Devon, PA is seeking a Design Services Artisan to craft floral and container designs for in-store, off-site, and private residential settings. You will collaborate with the Design Manager to reflect Terrain’s promises: welcome, inspire, inform, and appreciate our customers.

The role emphasizes customer experience, teamwork with store colleagues, and maintaining high standards for craft and safety in all design projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture and floral design.
• Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs.
• Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the retail design business and off-site design projects.

Responsibilities

• Creates floral and container design projects in-store, off-site, and in private residential settings.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience by guiding choices to reflect personal style.
• Partners with the Design Manager to maintain brand-aligned displays and cohesive environments.
• Communicates project updates and manages client design files with timely responses.
