Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Termite Technician to protect clients' properties from wood-destroying organisms. You'll inspect, treat, and prevent termite activity while following safety and company guidelines.

You'll communicate conditions to customers, operate service vehicles, and complete service reports. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required, with prior customer service helpful.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and understand behaviors to determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments according to schedule and label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss structural modifications.
• Verify that job specifications match each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services performed.
