Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management. You will inspect properties, identify pests, apply treatments, and communicate solutions to clients while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include educating customers, scheduling appointments, and contributing to sales growth with a client-focused approach. Must be able to work in various weather conditions and wear PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn pest control processes and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and pest control best practices.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales.
