Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (provided)
• Available to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed
• Willing to learn all areas of pest control
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Basic math skills for mixing on product labels
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties for pest signs and entry points
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely
• Educate customers on pest prevention and future risk reduction
• Build relationships with customers and schedule appointments, assist with sales
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure proper operation
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and safety protocols
• Operate company-provided service vehicle safely
