Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management, inspections, and treatments. You will identify pests, choose safe control methods, and educate customers on prevention while adhering to safety regulations. The role includes operating company vehicles and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience and/or training or equivalent combination preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Patience and problem-solving attitude to educate customers and prevent issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential pest management inspections and treatments.
• Identify pest infestations and determine appropriate control methods.
• Apply approved pest control products, baits and traps safely and per regulations.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and follow-up maintenance.
• Maintain and rotate pest control equipment and ensure vehicle readiness.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations and safety protocols.
• Travel to client locations and operate a company vehicle as required.
