Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with customers in a service role.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate clearly.
• Basic math for product mixing and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for residential properties through inspections and treatments.
• Identify pests, determine infestation type, apply treatments, and provide preventative guidance.
• Educate customers on prevention and safety measures for long-term protection.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal pest control regulations and operate company vehicle safely.
