Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Pest Control Technicians to perform industry-leading pest management services for residential properties. Responsibilities include inspecting homes, identifying infestations, applying treatments, and advising customers on prevention methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Licenses/certificates as required by local, state, and federal regulations.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn all areas of pest control.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills to follow product labels.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales to current customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle safely.
