Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Termite Service Professional to lead outdoor service routes and protect homes and businesses in your community. You will be the face of Northwest, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with customers.

No exterminating experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Expect a company vehicle, a strong benefits package, and opportunities to grow with a trusted Southeast employer.

Qualifications

• No prior exterminating experience required but you must be able to learn quickly.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days, paid by the company.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers to create “Customers for Life.”
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments as needed.
• Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain safety and operate company equipment responsibly.

Connaissances

No prior experience required

Valid driver's license

Ability to obtain pesticide license

Work independently in field

High School Diploma or equivalent
