Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to support homes and businesses on an independent route. You’ll be the local face, building relationships and delivering reliable termite care in the community.

No exterminating experience is required as full training is provided. The role offers a company vehicle, cell phone, and a benefits package to support your growth and daily needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Building lifelong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage day-to-day termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply products according to label standards.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset while handling equipment and driving.
