Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to service routes outdoors, protect homes and communities, and provide top-tier customer care. You will be mobile, independent, and responsible for your own route while receiving comprehensive training to set you up for success.

No exterminating experience is required, but a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No exterminating experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build lifelong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Address customer account issues and plan for current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply products according to label standards.
