Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to work outdoors, manage a local service route, and build lasting customer relationships. No prior exterminating experience is required, and training is provided to help you succeed.

You will be responsible for pre/post termite treatments, communicating with customers, and maintaining safety while on the road. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route and day-to-day operations with strong time management.
• Maintain safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving.
