Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Termite Service Professional to manage your own service route, perform treatments, and build lasting customer relationships in a mobile, outdoor role. No prior exterminating experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

You will be responsible for safety, route management, and delivering exceptional service in the community, with benefits including a company vehicle, cell phone, and robust health coverage.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Communicate regularly with customers to address needs and issues.
• Operate safely and follow company vehicle policies.
