Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to manage your own route, protect homes and businesses, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be mobile, independent, and responsible for on-site treatments with full training provided.

No exterminating experience is required initially; we offer comprehensive training, safety-first practices, and strong team support. The role includes a company vehicle and cell phone, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior exterminating experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifelong customer relationships with internal and external clients.
• Manage your termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Address customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate company vehicle and equipment safely.
