Job summary

Northwest Exterminating seeks a Termite Service Professional to deliver exterior pest control services on your own route. You’ll be mobile, independent, and responsible for protecting homes and businesses while representing the Northwest brand in the community.

No exterminating experience is required as comprehensive training is offered. The role includes a company vehicle, cell phone, and a robust benefits package with 401(k) match, insurance, vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing your own termite service route with good time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Communicate regularly with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain safety when operating company equipment and vehicle.
