Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with 360 inspections and tailored pest solutions. You’ll leverage award-winning training, high-performance sales skills, and a strong support network to drive customer satisfaction.

You’ll start with paid training at $28.85 per hour and move to base salary plus commission after licensure, with benefits, a company vehicle, and incentives to reward top performers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and explaining practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain the benefits of Orkin’s products and services.
