Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to deliver expert pest protection and trusted guidance to homeowners in the Sacramento area. You will leverage a proven sales approach, conduct thorough inspections, and translate findings into tailored solutions with an emphasis on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions to win over customers.
Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes to explain products and services.
Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
