Job summary

Orkin is seeking a capable Home Sales Inspector to join a trusted, nationwide brand. You’ll perform comprehensive home inspections, articulate termite protection benefits, and build lasting relationships with homeowners. A strong sales mindset, customer focus, and comfort with independent field work are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with provided leads and advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services for peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain findings and next steps.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection results and address questions.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized with training provided.
