Orkin is hiring an experienced Sales Inspector in Winter Haven, FL. You’ll perform thorough termite inspections, explain protection plans, and build trust with homeowners. No prior pest control experience is required—award-winning training and strong earning potential with base plus commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and addressing questions.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
