Job summary

Romex Pest Control is seeking experienced in-home sales professionals to close deals and earn a potential income of $75K–$100K+. This field role includes pre-set appointments, company-provided tools, and uncapped earnings.

You will meet homeowners, perform termite inspections (training provided), and present tailored prevention and treatment options, with a ramp-up period and guaranteed draws to help you ramp quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven in-home closing experience (home services, etc.).
• Strong ability to close same-day deals and guide customers to a decision.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home appointments with homeowners and close deals.
• Take control of sales process and establish credibility.
• Perform termite inspections (training provided) and present solutions.
• Present high-value termite prevention and treatment options.
• Overcome objections with proven sales techniques.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and secure commitments before leaving the home.
• Track pipeline, follow up, and aim to exceed targets.
• Complete contracts and documentation accurately in the field.
• Represent Romex professionally to generate referrals.
