Romex Pest Control is hiring experienced in-home sales professionals who are confident closing deals and want a clear path to $75K–$100K+ income. The Termite Sales Representative role involves meeting homeowners, evaluating properties, and presenting tailored termite prevention and treatment options.

Training is provided for inspections, with uncapped earnings and warm leads. You’ll have company-provided tools, a ramp-up draw, bonuses, and a strong support system to help you succeed in this

Qualifications

• Proven in-home closing experience (home services, D2D, solar, roofing, alarms, etc.).
• Strong ability to close same-day deals and convert inspections to sales.
• Confidence handling objections and guiding customers to a decision.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commissions; valid driver's license.
• Availability: Monday through Friday (8 AM–5 PM), occasional Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Take control of the sales process from the start, establishing credibility quickly.
• Perform termite inspections (training provided) and turn findings into a sales story.
• Present high-value solutions in a clear, consultative way; upsell when appropriate.
• Own your numbers, track pipeline, follow up, and strive to exceed targets.
• Complete contracts and documentation accurately in the field.
