Job summary

Team Pest USA in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Termite Route Technician to perform termite prevention and elimination services for residential and commercial properties. You’ll start each day by reviewing your schedule, stocking your truck, and locating bait stations while logging products used.

The ideal candidate is 18+ (21 preferred), has a clean driving record, and can work evenings/weekends. Training for state licensing will be provided within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (21 preferred).
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to pass state regulatory licensing exams within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication with customers and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite prevention and elimination services for residential and commercial properties.
• Review daily schedule and ensure truck is stocked with equipment.
• Locate and evaluate bait stations and log products used during evaluation.
• Self-direct route and workflow on-site while following safety procedures.
• Promote and sell additional services to existing and prospective customers.
• Assist with Pest Control routes as needed.
