Team Pest USA in Gainesville, GA is looking for a Pest Control Route Technician to protect homes and businesses in the field. You will be trained to deliver pest and termite control, manage routes, and help customers with solutions.

You must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be comfortable outdoors. A company vehicle, benefits, and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pest or termite control experience is a plus; training and certification will be provided within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve pest or termite control routes and deliver on-site services.
• Inspect properties, set up equipment, apply treatments per contracts and safety standards.
• Identify additional service needs and provide quotes to grow earnings.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and safety compliance; communicate clearly with customers.
