Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to work outdoors on your own route, delivering on-site termite treatments and exceptional customer service. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and community impact across the Southeast.

You’ll follow safety protocols, manage a route, and interact with customers to protect homes and businesses while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a company-supported license path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Communicate regularly with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain safety when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.
