Job summary
HomeTeam is seeking a Termite Technician to join our team in Florida. You will provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route and maintain a professional appearance with company truck, equipment, and uniform.
You will diagnose termite issues, discuss additional services, and work toward obtaining pest control licensing. Training is provided, and you’ll participate in ongoing company education to stay sharp and compliant.
Qualifications
- No experience required – training will be provided!
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
- Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
- Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
- Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
- Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
- Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
- Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
- Keep customer informed about the service
- Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
