Rollins, Inc. is hiring an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector in Orlando. You will promote termite protection services from an iconic brand and conduct detailed home inspections to recommend effective pest solutions.

Earn a competitive base plus commission with potential for six-figure first-year earnings. Role includes a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and training to support growth within a mission‑driven company.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsabilidades

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can provide peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain the process and expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized with training provided.
