Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. You’ll leverage a trusted brand, award-winning training, and a comprehensive benefits package to protect homes with termite protection services.

Build relationships with customers, present strategic solutions, and pursue leadership opportunities within a growth-driven team. No industry experience is required to start; you’ll receive extensive training, a company vehicle, and a competitive earnings package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
• Use the provided tools to present proposals, schedule appointments, and stay organized.
