Job summary

Orkin, LLC in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to deliver trusted pest protection for homeowners. You’ll leverage a proven pitch, build lasting relationships, and earn competitive pay plus a company vehicle and benefits.

No industry experience is required; you’ll receive award-winning training and the support of a nationwide brand as you schedule in-home visits, present solutions, and close sales that protect families and property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain the process and set expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
