Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to inspect, prevent, and treat termite issues for customers in California. Youll be the first line of defense in protecting properties from wood-destroying organisms, with on-site work and daily customer interactions.

The role emphasizes safety, climbing and working at heights, and clear communication with clients, with benefits starting on day one and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to a company vehicle.
• Comfortable with working on ladders and at heights; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely according to guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures as scheduled and per label.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss procedures.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interacting with customers and explaining services provided.
