Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, preventive measures, and treatment services as the first line of defense, ensuring customer peace of mind.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, comfort with working up to 20 feet high, and PPE use in confined spaces. Benefits start day one, with opportunities to grow within the Rentokil family across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow label instructions and safety procedures.
• Comfort with working at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s termite problems and knowledge of termite behaviors to determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Communicate to the customer critical conditions conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures or structural modifications.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
