Job summary

Terminix in California is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties from wood destroying organisms through inspections, prevention, and treatment services. You will be the first line of defense, performing treatments safely and communicating critical conditions to customers.

The role requires climbing and working in confined spaces, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by employer).
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely according to guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label.
• Explain procedures and any structural modifications to customers.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
