Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a motivated Termite Technician to inspect properties, identify termite issues, and perform safe treatment services.

You will be the first line of defense in protecting customers' homes, with responsibilities including site preparation, equipment operation, and clear communication with clients. The role requires physical work, comfort with heights and confined spaces, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and per guidelines.
• Communicate conditions and procedures to customers and discuss structural modifications if needed.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
