Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatment services, serving as the first line of defense for customers.

You will communicate findings, carry out treatments safely, and maintain equipment. A valid license, background check, and strong attention to detail are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Basic math skills; able to follow product labels.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely according to guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss procedures.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services.
