You will greet drivers, enter orders, prepare MSDS and certificates, and coordinate with terminal operators to guarantee correct product loads and safe operations. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 1 year as an administrative assistant, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; TWIC eligibility is required or

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative assistant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and typical office equipment.
• Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents and correspondence.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist truck drivers on arrival for loading/unloading.
• Receive and process driver orders and enter into the terminal system.
• Prepare MSDS, certificates of analysis, and other required docs.
• Coordinate with terminal operators to ensure correct product loading.
• Answer driver questions and address order-related inquiries.
• Monitor loading for safety compliance and efficiency.
• Assist with paperwork and invoicing; maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with drivers about tank levels and shipment details.
• Provide backup and relief for other positions as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with health, safety, and security policies.
