Qualifications

2-5 years related experience as a terminal technician or in a computer/electrical field.
Ability to lead and direct employees and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day terminal operations at the location.
Schedule and direct work of terminal technicians.
Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; conduct performance appraisals.
Manage inventories and cycling of spare parts; order supplies.
Ensure hardware is maintained and properly relocated when needed.
Interact with customers, racetrack management, and state officials professionally.
Travel to multiple work sites may be required.
Other duties as assigned.
