Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Terminal Operator at our Durham, NC location to safely operate loading and unloading equipment for rail, waterway and road shipments. You will ensure order accuracy and expeditious processing.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills including SAP and Microsoft Office. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to follow health, safety and environmental policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft programs, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Terminal Managers, customers, sales personnel and suppliers.
• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse and yard.
• Load/unload materials (bulk and bagged) via appropriate transport methods.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on mobile equipment and assist with mechanical maintenance.
• Commit to safety policies and promote a culture of safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
