Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Operator at our Madison, WI location to safely operate terminal equipment and ensure accurate loading and unloading across rail, truck, and port interfaces. You will maintain grounds, perform maintenance, and uphold safety and environmental policies.

This role requires a High School diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver's license. You’ll join a team delivering reliable, safe operations with opportunities to grow in a growing North American

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience in a related role.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; SAP experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate all terminal equipment to load/unload rail cars, boats, and trucks.
• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, and yard.
• Load/unload materials for rail, waterway, and road transport.
• Operate truck loading equipment and maintain equipment records.
• Follow safety policies and PPE protocols.
• Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.
