Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Operator at our La Crosse, WI location to safely operate equipment used to load and unload rail cars, boats and trucks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of requests.

The role requires a High School diploma/GED and 1–3 years of experience, with a valid driver’s license preferred. You will perform maintenance, sample products, keep records, and adhere to safety policies in a fast-paced terminal environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, yard, etc.
• Load/unload materials for rail, waterway, and road transport as applicable.
• Operate truck loading equipment.
• Operate and maintain terminal equipment and assist with maintenance.
• Sample product from trucks and barges per policy.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for terminal equipment.
• Perform clerical duties as needed.
• Commit to health, safety and environmental policies and promote safety culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
