Amrize is seeking a Terminal Operator at the LaCrosse Terminal in Wisconsin to operate equipment and manage loading/unloading of materials for rail, waterway, and road transport. You will ensure accuracy of requests, perform routine maintenance, and maintain records in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork within our North America operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with customer service and equipment operation preferred.
• Basic understanding of cement process or logistics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal equipment safely at the location.
• Load/unload materials via rail, waterway, or road transport.
• Operate truck loading equipment and maintain records.
• Conduct general maintenance on mobile equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with clerical tasks.
