Job summary

Amrize in LaCrosse, WI is seeking a Terminal Operator to safely run equipment at the terminal, load and unload rail cars, boats and trucks, and ensure accurate processing of requests.

You will maintain grounds and perform basic maintenance on mobile equipment, while documenting maintenance, adhering to safety policies, and supporting clerical tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years' experience, and a valid driver’s license; SAP and MS Office knowledge is also expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Welding, machine repair, or basic electrical skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, and yard.
• Load/unload material by rail, waterway, and road.
• Operate truck loading equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on mobile equipment.
• Sample product from trucks and barges per policy.
• Keep accurate maintenance records.
• Perform clerical duties.
• Follow health, safety and environmental policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
