Job summary

United Petroleum Transports seeks a CSC Manager to oversee daily operations of our Service Center in Oklahoma City. You will lead drivers, shop staff, and support functions to meet schedules, KPI targets, and profitability goals.

You will forecast budgets, conduct audits, implement continuous improvement plans, and coordinate with sales and business development to grow and retain customers while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in transportation or logistics.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (DOT/OSHA).
• Proven ability to develop budgets and manage forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DOT regulatory and company Safety Policy compliance.
• Manage, develop, and communicate KPIs to upper management.
• Develop, maintain, and exceed fiduciary budgets.
• Evaluate processes and enforce changes for compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and disputes promptly.
• Direct drivers, fleet managers, shop supervisors, technicians, and CSR teams.
• Collaborate across departments to improve profitability and staffing utilization.
• Prepare and implement action plans to meet productivity and service goals.
• Oversee schedules and maximize available work hours.
• Maintain safety, security, and loss prevention procedures per guidelines.
• Ensure clean and safe facility and equipment.
• Interpret and enforce SOPs and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
