SSA Conventional, Inc. in Morgan's Point, Texas seeks an Operations Labor Manager to lead union labor, safety, and operational execution across terminals. You will direct labor personnel and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements while coordinating planning and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in union labor management and terminal operations, a college degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with terminal operating systems. TWIC and driver's license are required.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing union labor.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in terminal operations and cargo stowage.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience in Operations Management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Familiarity with computerized terminal operating systems.
• Valid driver's license and TWIC card.

Mansioni

• Hire, assign, evaluate, discipline, and terminate labor personnel per policy.
• Direct foremen and supervisory clerks based on needs.
• Interpret and enforce collective bargaining agreements.
• Investigate workplace incidents and safety violations; report findings.
