Job summary

Delek US is seeking a Terminal General Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operations, safety, environmental compliance, budgeting, and profitability. You will direct staff, manage relationships with partners, and drive continuous improvement across operations and capital projects.

The role requires strong leadership, years of management and engineering/maintenance experience, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in engineering, mechanical or industrial maintenance positions.
• 5+ years in a management role, leading teams and budgets.
• Experience with environmental, health, safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of the entire plant.
• Lead marine terminal management of bulk liquid fuel oils.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and asset management programs.
• Develop and manage budgets, and control costs within parameters.
• Direct capital projects for upgrades and investments in assets.
• Collaborate with HSSE, Commercial, Logistics, Accounting and Engineering.
