Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Planning professional to manage non-routine maintenance, tank projects, and outages with a focus on MI compliance. The role requires coordinating across departments, developing schedules, and maintaining budgets in a safety-conscious environment.

You will ensure compliance with engineering practices, environmental regulations, and applicable codes while driving cost control and timely project delivery across refinery assets in the Texas region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience managing projects in the $1–5MM range during development and execution (Preferred).
• 1+ year storage tank erection or inspection experience (Preferred).
• 2+ years SAP or equivalent (Matrix, Maximo) planning experience (Required).
• 2+ years maintenance, project or turnaround leadership (Preferred).
• 2+ years project management experience, including budget management (Required).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate non-routine maintenance work, including tanks and outages.
• Develop annual tank plans and forecast monthly budgets.
• Manage tank project scopes, timelines, costs, and authorization for expenditure (AFE).
• Ensure compliance with engineering practices, environmental regulations, and code requirements.
• Lead cross-department coordination to execute storage tank projects and outages.
