Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Terminal General Manager in the Seattle area to lead all aspects of plant operations, safety, environmental compliance, budgeting, and profitability. You will direct staff, coordinate with HSSE, Commercial, Logistics, Accounting and Engineering to ensure safe, reliable operations and capital project execution.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in engineering/mechanical/industrial maintenance, 5+ years in management, and familiarity with oil/chemical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 5 years in engineering, mechanical or industrial maintenance positions.
• 5 years in a management position.
• FEMA ICS-100 ICS-200 ICS-300 and HAZWOPER Supervisor Training.
• Familiar with environmental management practices in oil/chemical industry.
• Experienced in project management of plant infrastructure and efficiency on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of the entire plant.
• Marine terminal management of bulk liquid fuel oils.
• Manage facility preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment, tanks, and product quality.
• Oversee services to commercial customers and manage engagements.
• Coordinate with site partners including customers, contractors and service providers.
• Lead operator work schedules to ensure safe operations.
• Oversee quarterly third-party gauging and inventory reconciliation.
