Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee bulk terminal operations in OH. You will manage operations, maintenance, customer relations, P&L, and budgeting, leading supervisors and staff to meet corporate objectives.

You will work with commercial and finance teams to align on safety, performance, and service quality. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of management experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of union contracts and operating within their parameters.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L management.
• Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Proven track record managing a union and non-union workforce.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly revenue with finance and commercial teams.
• Develop short-, mid- and long-term operational goals.
• Foster a safety culture and track safety KPIs.
• Manage staff including hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Negotiate with customers and service providers to meet terminal goals.
• Drive growth and development with support from the commercial group.
